"Ordered the size large for my 10. 5 boots. The insoles that first came had a 10 stamped on the bottom and obviously where to small for the boot causing them to not fit right. I reached out to the company and they were able to send me a size 10. 5 insole which fits perfectly. I let them know that the size large insole should be the 10. 5 insole then be able to cut down to smaller sizes not the 10. They seemed receptive and hopefully change that in the future. Easy to cut a 10. 5 down to fit a 10. Hard to grow a 10 to fit a 10. 5. Great comp and will continue to buy boots from them."

"So I bought a pair of boots for both me and my son and the one left boot just felt awkward a little bit on the inside so I took that insole out and tried it on with a different insole and everything was fine so I called and they answered right away, and the lady took all my info without even questioning me, sent me another pair of insoles without question …. best service I’ve ever received by a boot company in my 40+ years of hunting. Because of the customer service I received and the quality of boat. This will be the only boot I buy for as long as I can hunt."

"I first experienced these insoles in my Kenetrek Bridger High boots. I purchased a pair of the supportive insoles to put in another pair of expensive Italian made boots that had one hunting season on them. What a game changer that was. Now I have two good pair of hunting boots."
