If you need a different size, please call 855-585-3040 or visit kenetrek.com to place a new order.  Then return your original purchase for a refund using the instructions below.

How do I return my order for a refund?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Kenetrek will accept your return in its original condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchased items.  Refunds are processed withing 7-10 business days.

Please follow the instructions below to return your item(s) with a UPS Return label.  A $12 fee will be deducted from your refund for shipping ($25 fee AK & HI). Packages shipped with UPS Return label can be dropped off at a UPS Store location. If you prefer to use another carrier, please ship to: Kenetrek Returns Dept, 96 Northstar Lane, Bozeman, MT 59718.
