DO NOT  log out of the Shopify POS via the settings menu.  This will prevent you from logging back in and you will not be able to use the POS system.

To Cancel an Order:

  1. Ensure you deselect the box “restock item” on the order.
  2. Immediately sent a text to Denise and Kyle with Shopify order # and customer Last Name.    

 

The order cancellation is two- step process, cancellation in Shopify (at show) and then cancelled in our LogON system(Denise).   It is vital that text is sent otherwise the order will not truly be canceled. 

 

 

 

To Add Free Shipping:
  1. Once order details are complete, click “Apply Discount” from the home screen as if you were going to apply a discount to the whole order.
  2. Instead of “Amount” or “Percentage” choose the 3rd option “Discount Code” then enter FREE
  3. The shipping will now be free once you select a shipping method.

 

 

 

To Add a Boot Modification:

1. Type "RP" in the search bar, you will see a product called "RB-MISC" with a $30 charge.  Select the Misc item, discount it by 100% if necessary.

2. From the Homescreen tap "More Actions" in the upper right. Tap "Add Note".

3. Enter the modification details into the note, then click "Save".

 

 

 

International Orders:

  • International orders are taken on paper order form NOT Shopify POS

 

  1. Fill out paper order form completely

               a. Make sure to obtain cell phone number and email address.

               b. Write down customer credit card number (or note if they paid cash).

               c. Write down customers billing address.

               d. Write down shipping address.

     

    A.  We will not ship the boots to the next show, but we will ship them to the customers next show hotel.  We do not want them coming to the booth to pick up their boots or pay for them!  Complete the sale!  Make sure you tell them that the boots will be shipped to their hotel (or another US address).  Tell them once the boots are delivered, they can be picked up at the front desk or business center of the hotel.  They will receive a notification by email with tracking information.

      Please provide the following information on paper order form:
      1. HOTEL NAME, CITY, STATE
      2. DATES OF STAY AT THE HOTEL. “ARRIVE BY” DATE NEEDED
      3. NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL THE HOTEL ROOM IS REGISTERED UNDER

       

      2. Select appropriate shipping option necessary for the order to be delivered at the hotel in time.

      A. For Hotels, Next Day or 2nd Day Air shipping required.

      B. For other US addresses, ground shipping can be used.

                                        2 Day Air - $35

        **After texting/emailing form, secure paper order form in a safe location, it will be needed at end of show.

        If the boots or other items are on backorder and will not be available before they leave the states follow these steps.
        • If they have a shipping address in the US that the b/o can be shipped to, go ahead with the order.
        • For International addresses: Complete order and add additional $60 for shipping
        • There are many locations we can’t ship to safely like Mexico, Asia, Africa, Philippines, or Eastern Europe.  Most times the customers already know this.
