If you need a different size or style please place a new order on the website or call 855-585-3040.  Then return your original purchase for a refund using the instructions below.

How do I return my order for a refund?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Kenetrek will accept your return in its original condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchased items.  Refunds are processed withing 7-10 business days. To send your return with a UPS pre-printed label please follow instructions below.  If you prefer to ship your return with another carrier, click here for return form and shipping address.

International Returns:
Return labels are only available within the United States.  Please contact our customer service team for assistance for returns outside of the US.
