"I was surprised when I put my hikers on. They are stiff, and are going to take a bit more breaking in. Not what I was expecting at all. My mountain extremes were much more out of the box comfortable. I think they will come around. Not saying I wouldn’t buy them again but time will tell. They are of good quality and construction."
Corrie 2 Hikers
"So far these hikers are doing awesome! I am currently training for an A. T. hike next spring and I will be wearing them Elk hunting in Colorado this fall. My practice pack is around 50 lbs. The biggest difference I have noticed is the amount of support the hikers give me and my feet do not start getting achy after 5 miles of hiking hills and mountains. These are the best hiking shoes I ever had. The real big test will be next spring hiking 10-20 miles a day on the A. T. So far there awesome"

"I recently had my big toe fused which affects my ability to put on my Mountain Extreme boots. From the moment I put on the Corrie II’s I have absolutely loved them. Easy on and off, light weight and a quick break in period. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hiker or even a low cut hunting boot. In fact my buddy is waiting on his new pair to arrive."
