Very disappointing but made right
"One of the greatest things I appreciate most about Kenetrek boots and products is the quality that goes into every product. In this case, the laces were VERY soft and slippery . . . when tying they would not stay tied and within 5 minutes would come completely undone. But here is where Kenetrek shines . . . call this in and they acknowledged the issue, and sent me two sets of new and true laces (ones identical from production. This is who this Company is! Must have been a bad batch from the supplier."

"I returned both pairs of these laces because when they are tied even double tied they will quickly come untied. I called Kentra’s office and spoke with a customer service agent. He stated that they were trying a new material or product for the laces. When I returned them with a note stating the purpose for the return, I got a charge back for restocking. All I wanted was two pair of laces that would stay tied in my hiking boots."
