"I have the standard mountain hiking gairters and they work great, but these smaller gaiters won't fit around my hiking boots and seal up. Just too small for a size 13 boot."

Very well made, but not one size fits all
"Like all Kenetrek products, these are very well made, but they're not one size fits all. I purchased these to wear with my hiking shoes, but the front hook only reaches to the middle of my laces, and this only with the velcro splitting, and the bottom sides ride up over the lip of my shoes. Granted, my shoes are size 13, but I was hoping they'd fit better."
