"I have a pair of the uninsulated boots so I figured I would try the 1000 gram. My un insulated fit perfectly out of the box where as the 1000 gram are tight on one foot. They are still great boots and very warm. I just spent many hours working a winter storm with high winds, below zero temps and deep snow , my feet were warm and dry. I would give them a 5 star if only they fit like my other pair."

"I know I always give a side-eye when I see “I never leave reviews”, well, I am eating crow now… I have SEVERAL pairs of Kenetrek boots and have also gifted them, my first pair is YEARS old and haven’t even had to replace the laces. I don’t wear them daily but abuse them in the woods, on the farm, in the mountains, snow, heat, wet - it doesn’t matter. You can wear these ALL DAY and not have blisters or aching feet (and I am 56 years young). I have tried Schnees - which I like - but when I went snow mobile riding in Montana a few years back in 10-12 ft of snow and sub freezing temps, the guide at the facility made everyone put on their boots - yep, Kenetrek - I just pulled up the leg on my cold weather gear and said “Yeah, I brought my own”. You will not find a better boot IMHO. You definitely get what you pay for and why not protect your feet? These are my go to, and I wear them around town and to work. Go ahead and try them, you will not be disappointed!"

I added the Waterproof wax, and I apply it once every couple of weeks… Twenty years of Northerm Ohio weather…These boots are EXCEPTIONAL. I’ll definitely order the summer version for the warmer months. Awesome Product! Worth every penny."
Had a friend introduce me
"Had a friend introduce me to these boots last November hunting in Maine. Fortunately we both wore the same size. Tried them out and fell completely in love! Always had poor circulation in my feet. No problem! These boots kept me warm in sub freezing cold. Actually put an extra bounce in my step! Got home and ordered the lineman for work. Incredible, even with the steel toe. Waiting for a pair of high top Bridger to arrive this week. Lastly, will be ordering another pair of 1000 gram hunting boots for Maine this year so I'm not left out in the cold.
