If you have a return or exchange that was not ordered at Kenetrek.com, please contact the retail store or website where you made the purchase.

How do I exchange my order?
If you need a different size or style please place a new order on the website or call 855-585-3040.  Then ship the return of your original purchase for a refund.

How do I return my order for a refund?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Kenetrek will accept your return in its original condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchased items. Refunds are processed withing 7-10 business days. To send your return with a UPS pre-printed label please follow instructions below. If you prefer to ship your return with another carrier, click here for return form and shipping address.

International Returns:
Return shipping labels are not available for international returns.  Please send your return to Kenetrek with the carrier of your choice. Click here for return form and shipping address.

Pre-Printed UPS Return Labels: A $15 fee ($30 AK & HI) will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Follow instructions below to start your Return.
