How do I exchange my order?
If you need a different size or style please place a new order on the website or call 855-585-3040. Then ship the return of your original purchase for a refund.
How do I return my order for a refund?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Kenetrek will accept your return in its original condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchased items. Refunds are processed withing 7-10 business days. To send your return with a UPS pre-printed label please follow instructions below.
