"There's something about getting up early for a hunt that makes it easy. Excitement all around. It's 5 am, interior BC, hours before day break on a December late season mule deer hunt. Brew some coffee, lace up the Kenetreks and throw on a pack and I'm off. 3 days of hunting many miles and no bucks. There's no other boot I'd rather hike 20km a day in, day in and day out.
