The customer service through Kenetrek is top notch and always has been. The Tac Boot was comfortable right out of the box and had minimal break in. "Without exaggeration, these are the highest quality, most comfortable duty boots I have ever purchased. For years, I have spent (in total) thousands, and I mean it, on "quality" boots and this company has redefined the term "quality. " As a critical care paramedic in one of the countries busiest EMS service, I need a boot that stands up to it all. All weather, varying moisture levels, frequent changes of cold outside to hot inside, icy vs hot and dry terrain and a boot that allows for me to be deep in the woods one hour w/ a SAR then in a hospital ICU the next hour transporting a vented patient. There has yet to be one environmental challenge and/or change that this boot has not excelled in. Recent traction in a severe winter storm was shockling impressive. Yup, a customer for life."
"I have six sets of Kenetrek boots. Mountain Extreme NI,400,1000, LCP NI, LCP NI ST, and Hard Tactical. Where at least one of these every day. Mountain Extreme boots I've had for over ten years and still just like new. LPC I wear for work everyday. Last twice as long as any other boots I've tried and even when the eventually wear out they still feel like the first day I put them on. The Hard Tactical boots are new to me but im sure they will stand up to the Kenetrek name."

"Very disappointed in this boot. I have 2 other pairs of kenetrek boots and love them for what they were bought for. This one is no different than my set of mountain guides just uninsulated and in black leather. This boot is way too stiff to be a tactical boot when walking on hard surfaces it sounded like you had heals on. The one day I did use these boots my feet were soaking wet by end of shift. The only good thing was kenetrek took them back and refunded me my money. If you are looking for a mountain hunting boot these wouldn’t be bad anything else I would consider something else."
"Theses boots are very well made, I get in and out of a truck approximately 150 times a day and need good support. This is my second pair of Kennetreck boots 1st ones were the LPC boots and they were good too."
